Overview
Large-scale welded steel truss system designed to suspend a matrix of screens, fabricated in our San Francisco, California workshop. Engineered for structural integrity while maintaining clean sight lines. The truss accommodates cable routing, power distribution, and individual screen adjustment. Fabricated from steel tube with aluminum mounting brackets. Built for a Bay Area installation.
Fabrication Process
Structural analysis determined tube sizing and connection geometry. The truss was welded in sections for transport, with bolted field connections. Each screen mounting point is individually adjustable on three axes.
