About This Project

Parametrically designed rib-and-spine structure, CNC-routed from Baltic birch plywood in our San Francisco, California workshop. Each rib is unique, generated from a Fusion 360 parametric model. Designed for rapid assembly with interlocking joints — no hardware required. The structure demonstrates how computational design can produce complex organic forms from flat sheet material. Prototyped and built for a Bay Area client.
